Public safety officials are warning people against jumping into Creek Falls.
The Trib reports that Creek Falls was where Deonte Johns of Penn Hills was pronounced dead due to drowning at the site after dive teams found him on Sunday, one day after he allegedly dived into the water and never came up.
This is the fourth drowning at Creek Falls in the last 12 years. Officials say that rocks under the water can hold down whatever goes behind the falls, and that the area is so remote that it takes time for first responders to arrive.
