HOUSE IN IRWIN GUTTED BY A FIRE

A home in Irwin was gutted by a fire Wednesday evening.  The Trib reports that no injuries were reported in the fire at a home in the 500 block of Carroll Drive.  The call came in at 9:47 PM and fire officials say flames were going through the roof by the time they got there.  Irwin and North Huntingdon fire departments were on the scene until about 2:30 this morning.  A state police fire marshal is investigating the cause.
