Supervisors in Kiski are keeping animal regulations the same for now.
The Trib reports that on Wednesday, supervisors voted to reject a draft ordinance that would govern everything from pets to farm animals, and specifically ban crocodilians, including the American Alligator. This came on the heels of an alligator being found and caught in the Kiski River while a second reportedly remains at large.
While the draft ordinance was rejected, strengthened regulations regarding certain exotic pets, including alligators, could still be coming.
