The trial of Ray Shetler Jr. got underway yesterday with testimony from the law enforcement officials who went to arrest him for failing to attend a probation revocation hearing.
The Trib reports that testimony on Wednesday focused on the officers struggling to bring Shetler into custody at a mobile home in Seward. Officers said during the trial that Shetler struggled and fought with them the whole time.
The trial is expected to continue today.
