A New Kensington man charged with selling fentanyl and cocaine nearly 18 months after police raided his home will appear before a district judge soon.
The Trib reports that 36-year-old Christopher Simmons was originally detained during a December 2021 raid by narcotics agents and police and was charged in late June, he was charged with two felony and two misdemeanor counts of possession of drugs with the intent to deliver.
Simmons is due in court on November 2nd.
