Three people are charged with stealing over $5000 from a business in Lower Burrell and Allegheny by altering payout slips from game of chance machines.
The Trib reports that Matthew Cubberly of Penn Hills, Kelly Andres of McKeesport, and Ryan Black of White Oak all face charges connected with the scheme that goes back to August 2nd. The three allegedly stole from New Aira Vape Shop in Lower Burrell and a Food Mart in Allegheny Township. The suspects had computers and a printer in their vehicle that they used to make the phony payout slips.
