A Greensburg woman is accused of setting her own house on fire in an incident from over the weekend.
The Trib reports that the fire broke out around 8:15 PM at the home of Georgia Zowacki on Adams Street. While she told investigators that she was using a lighter as a light source when she accidentally caught the kitchen curtains on fire, a man who lived there said that the two were involved in an argument earlier in the evening when she threatened to set the house on fire.
Zowacki is charged with arson, risking catastrophe and related offenses. A Nov. 16 preliminary hearing is set.
