A Greensburg man pleaded guilty to charges connected to a series of burglaries in late 2019 and 2020.
The Trib reports that 34-year-old James E. Dickant Jr. was charged in six separate cases where he stole items from homes in Greensburg and a business in Hempfield. For his guilty plea, Dickant was ordered to serve two to four years in prison along with two years of probation and he was ordered to pay over $35,000 in restitution to his victims.
Dickant is also awaiting trial on charges in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a child over a six-year period that ended in 2020.
