A New Kensington man will face charges of DUI, child endangerment and drug and other driving-related crimes for an incident in late July in Allegheny County.
The Trib reports that 29-year-old Ryan Walsh was approached by police on Route 28 near the Etna Exit around 5:40 PM after he collided with a concrete barrier. Police said that he was under the influence of fentanyl. Police used Narcan to reverse the overdose effects. Police found several packets that could be used to carry drugs in the vehicle.
Walsh is due back in Allegheny County Court on January 16th.
