Some tenants are moving out of a Latrobe apartment building as the owner is working on fixing the most serious issues.
The Trib reports that more than 100 code violations were found in the three-story building at 333 Main Street in an inspection in September, including exposed wires, problems with the sprinkler system and smoke alarm.
The building is set for another inspection in January, but some tenants have moved out saying that the living conditions were squalid. Officials are hoping for more progress to be made by the next inspection.
