The annual PA Turnpike toll increase is now in effect.
WTAE-TV reports that the Turnpike is paying off a debt to PennDOT that will not be paid off until 2051. Those driving the length of the turnpike from the Ohio border to the New York border will pay $54.80, an increase from $52.10.
Toll increases for the PA Turnpike will continue for the next few years.
