The woman involved in a motorcycle crash in Salem was sentenced yesterday in Westmoreland County Court.
The Trib reports that 44-year-old Jammie Lynn Koslof of Parks Township in Armstrong County was ordered to serve up to two years in state prison and three years of probation for guilty pleas to charges of aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, reckless driving and other crimes.
Koslof is accused of rear-ending a motorcycle driven by Holly Marcheck of Latrobe as she waited at a stop light on Route 22 West in April of last year. A blood test showed that Koslof had cocaine, prescription medication and THC in her system.
