Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry is asking Congress to approve bridge funding for the federal Crime Victims Fund. She’s joined a bipartisan group of 41 attorneys general in urging Congress to prioritize victim service programs. Funding this year is expected to be 700-million dollars less than fiscal year 2023. The attorneys general say without congressional action, many programs will be forced to close.
