State police are reporting charges of arson have been filed against an Indiana County man in relation to a recent fire at a White Township apartment building. Reports say that 28-year-old Kailum Jamal Miller, a resident of the Maple Street building, intentionally set fire to a mattress and a coat inside his unit just before midnight Monday and then walked outside leaving the burning fire behind. No injuries were reported and the suspect has been charged with 17 felony counts. Miller is being held in the Indiana County Jail.
