The Norwin School Board has hired a firm from the Harrisburg area to oversee the search for the district’s next superintendent. The Trib reports that on a 5-4 vote, the board hired Templeton Advantage LLC, a firm that specializes in executive searches for school districts, nonprofits and corporations, at a cost of $17,000 for its services and another $2500 for travel and printing costs. The search firm will help the school board find a replacement for Superintendent Jeff Taylor, who announced his resignation last month. He will remain with the district until the end of the fiscal year on June 30th.
