UNITY WOMAN CHARGED WITH SUPPLYING GUNS TO MINOR

A Unity woman was arrested over the weekend for supplying guns to a minor. The Trib reports that 54-year-old Rhonda Campomizzi is charged with 14 felony counts of possession of a firearm by a minor and a single count of child endangerment. Troopers were called around 9 p.m. Friday to Bovard Luxor Road in Unity after a report of several hundred rounds being fired in the area, according to court papers. Police said the boy admitted to firing the guns into a hillside on Twin Lakes Park property. Campomizzi would later admit to buying the guns for the boy. Six handguns and eight long guns were seized in the incident.
