DICK’S SPORTING GOODS SIGNS LEASE TO MOVE INTO FORMER SEARS

Dick’s Sporting Goods plans to move into the former Sears at Westmoreland Mall, according to Transformco Properties, the company that controls the property. The deal was closed on Tuesday, when a lease was signed for Dick’s to use the 200,070 square-foot space on two floors. Dick’s, Transformco Properties, and CBL Properties all declined to comment.
