Trainers with Seton Hill were honored this past weekend for saving the life of a man who suffered a major heart attack. The Trib reports that 72-year-old John Palumbo suffered what officials described as a “widowmaker” heart attack during a home basketball game two weeks ago. Trainers and Independence Health staffers Trevor Lotz and Nicole Markiewicz both ran to the stands and were able to revive him later on. Palumbo is now receiving cardiac rehabilitation, and was able to return this weekend to thank the two who saved his life.
