A Derry man is accused of robbery, terroristic threats and other offenses connected with an incident on Toll Route 66 last week. The Trib reports that 30-year-old Marshall Dolfi allegedly stopped his SUV on the road in front of a tractor-trailer driver near mile marker 8.5, got out and opened the door of the truck. He argued with the truck driver and broke the truck driver’s cell phone by slamming it to the ground twice and throwing it over an embankment. When troopers caught up with him a few days later, Dolfi told them he was cut off by a tractor-trailer before the incident, and acknowledged he did not handle the incident in the best way. He is now in Westmoreland County Prison on $25,000 bail.
