WESTMORELAND COUNTY FIRE CHIEF FACING CHARGES

A Westmoreland County fire chief is facing charges stemming from his work as a contractor. John Stants in the Deputy Fire Chief of Yukon and has been charged in Westmoreland and Fayette Counties with authorities claiming he charged customers for contract work that he never completed. Stants’ attorney says her client plans to resolve both cases to the satisfaction of the dissatisfied customers.
