Arrest warrants have been issued for two people accused of stealing items from cars in Unity. The Trib reports that an off-duty Westmoreland County Detective helped state police identify 26-year-old Dominyck Sims and 27-year-old Joeshua Waye, both of Maryland, as the two who stole a handgun, a Louis Vitton wallet and $340 from four vehicles in the Mountain View area. The suspects are charged with theft, conspiracy, loitering and prowling at night and related offenses. Sims faces an additional charge of providing false identification to police.
