Two men from Allegheny County are charged with intercepting $4800 in checks and money orders paid by Giant Eagle pharmacy customers. The Trib reports that 23-year-old Adelin Itongwa of Monroeville and 23-year-old Mohamud Muya of Pittsburgh are charged in connection with stealing six deposit bags that were reported missing from pharmacies in Hempfield and Ligonier. Both suspects were arraigned in the past week. Muya is free on his own recognizance. Itongwa’s bail was set at $30,000. Itongwa is also facing homicide charges in a separate case in Allegheny County.
