MURRYSVILLE COUNCIL APPROVES PROPOSAL FOR AUTO BODY SHOP

Murrysville Council approved a proposal for an auto body shop at a meeting on Wednesday.  The Trib reports that the plans for Caliber Collision has drawn the ire of residents of the Manordale Farms neighborhood on Route 22 as they feel that the entrance to the facility is dangerous due to people speeding, and they also were against the loss of a nearby wooded area.  Murrysville’s solicitor advised against rejecting the project without a basis Murrysville’s ordinances would open the town up to a lawsuit which it almost is guaranteed to lose.
