GREENSBURG POLICE SEARCH FOR OWNER OF ABANDONED DOG

Police in Greensburg are looking for the owner of a stray dog that they found Sunday night chained to a fence or railing at Rohrer Street and Westminster Avenue. The Trib reports that the dog was found just after 9 PM on Sunday It did not have a microchip or any other owner information. The animal has been turned over to Hoffman’s Kennels.
