A Plum Borough woman has acquiesced to calls from her neighbors to clean up her property. The woman, whose name has not been shared, is a Shelbourne Drive resident who has allowed all sorts of items to collect at her home as part of what’s been described as a hoarding situation. The woman has reportedly agreed to accept assistance from neighbors to clean-up the area and the Salvation Army is expected to dispatch a truck to the scene today to haul some of the items away. Plum Mayor Harry Schlegel has called in Resolve Crisis Services to offer special assistance to the resident.
