A Florida man wanted in the death of his brother is in custody after being arrested in Westmoreland County. John Tolbert was taken into custody Tuesday after a traffic stop by Pennsylvania State Police troopers on a charge of manslaughter. Police say officers in Cape Coral, Florida found Francis Tolbert in a home on April 16th with a faint pulse. He was bleeding from the back of his head and pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators determined that he had a bullet fragment in the his head, and John Tolbert was named a “person of interest” in his death. The suspect will be extradited to Florida to face charges.
