Police in Pennsylvania are investigating after a person was found shot to death at the home of a man who, earlier in the day, allegedly tried to shoot a pastor in church. Livestream viewers of Sunday morning services at the Jesus’ Dwelling Place Church, just outside Pittsburgh, say they saw Bernard Polite step up in front of Pastor Glenn Germany and pull a gun. Germany says the gun jammed and viewers saw a church deacon tackle Polite who was later arrested. A criminal complaint against the 26-year-old suspect says he confessed to the attempted shooting, saying “God told him to did it.” As for the victim later found dead at Polite’s home, that person has not yet been identified.
