A man from New Kensington pleaded guilty to a charge of simple assault in one case and ransacking her home in a second. The Trib reports that 22-year-old Jamar Al Gee, Jr., entered the pleas as part of an agreement, with prosecutors dismissing charges of aggravated assault of an unborn child and making terroristic threats. The charges were connected with the assault in January of last year and break-in last December. Westmoreland County Common Pleas Judge Scott Mears ordered Gee to serve two years on probation, complete anger management classes and have no abusive contact with his victim or the child.
