The attorney for a Greensburg woman charged in connection with the suicide of her ex-boyfriend is arguing to have the case thrown out. Mandie Reusch is charged with involuntary manslaughter and aiding suicide in the death of her ex. The victim in the case committed suicide in June of 2021 after what one state trooper called the most extreme amount of bullying he has ever seen, read about or heard about where somebody is constantly telling someone else to end their life. Reusch’s attorney says the presiding judge helped to investigate the case while previously working in the district attorney’s office. A ruling has not yet been made on the request for dismissal.
