Two men were arrested on Friday in connection with a cheating scheme at Pittsburgh Live! Casino at Westmoreland Mall. The Trib reports that a security manager at the casino noted that 47-year-old Bahri Sahpolat of California and 44-year-old Serdar Ozmen of Maryland were using marked playing cards to win games. The scheme netted them $12,175 before they were pulled off the casino floor around 4:00 PM Friday. The two turned over the money they had won illegally over two days. The two are charged with using a cheating device, theft, receiving stolen property and trespass. Bail was denied and the two will have a preliminary hearing on August 14th.
