PA GAS PRICES CREEP UP

Gas prices in western Pennsylvania crept up a few cents this past week.  Triple-A reports the average price for a gallon of gas in western Pennsylvania rose by four cents over last week, with an average price of 3-dollars-75-cents a gallon.  Last year at this time, gas prices in western Pennsylvania were 3-dollars-89 cents a gallon.
