PA STATE CAPITOL BUILDING EVACUATED YESTERDAY

The Pennsylvania State Capitol Building was evacuated yesterday due to a power outage.  WHTM-TV reports the electricity was going in and out, and a faint smell of smoke was detected in the halls.  The cause of the outage is not known at this time.
