GIANT EAGLE TO SELL ALL GETGO’S

Giant Eagle has announced plans to sell all of their GetGo gas stations.  The deal with Canadian company Couche-Tard is expected to close next year.  Couche-Tard is the parent company of Circle K.  In a statement, Cranberry Township-headquartered Giant Eagle says the GetGo stations will continue to operate as part of Giant Eagle until the transaction closes and that, afterwards, a partnership will allow the myPerks loyalty program to continue at Giant Eagle and GetGo.
