NEW KEN-ARNOLD SCHOOL DISTRICT TO OPERATE ON EARLY DISMISSAL DUE TO HEAT WAVE

New Kensington-Arnold School District officials have announced that due to the anticipated heat wave in our area, all schools will operate on an early dismissal schedule.  The Trib reports that the two-hour early dismissal puts students at their bus stop earlier than usual.  Accuweather is predicting a high of 93 degrees, but there is a chance of a thunderstorm later in the day.
