HEMPFIELD MAN DIES IN TRACTOR ACCIDENT

A Hempfield Township man died Thursday afternoon after the farm tractor he was using to mow the grass overturned and fell into a creek.  The Trib reports that 79-year-old Clifford Schweinsburg, Jr. was mowing grass along Township Line Run Creek in Hempfield at 5:39 PM when the tractor fell from the embankment.  The cause of the accident remains unknown, but State Police are continuing to investigate.
