A Mt. Pleasant woman claimed self-defense in a 2022 hit and run that happened in Scottdale. The Trib reports that 28-year-old Nicole Moore is charged with aggravated assault, hit and run and other crimes for the incident that left a woman with injuries after Moore allegedly attacked her with a baseball bat and then ran over her with her car on April 11th of 2022. Prosecutors claimed that the incident started over an accusation that Moore left a three-year-old in the car as she visited a friend at an apartment building, and came out to see the victim recording a video of the child.
