OFFICIALS ADDRESS ALGAE PROBLEM AT BURRELL LAKE PARK

Officials are addressing the algae problem at Burrell Lake Park. The Lower Burrell City Council approved a contract with Solitude Lake Management for water quality restoration work earlier this week. The company will provide a treatment this month that is meant to help the water clear up over the winter. The city will consider an ongoing water management contract in the spring.
