LOCAL OFFICIALS SEEKING VOLUNTEERS IN NEW KEN

Local officials are seeking volunteers in New Kensington this week. Groups will be painting murals, building planters, and making other enhancements in the lot next to the YMCA on Constitution Boulevard Wednesday through Friday. The work is being done in preparation of a Better Block event that’s happening in the lot on Saturday. That community gathering will include vendors, food trucks, entertainment, and activities for kids.
