A Monroeville couple is charged with selling drugs to undercover drug task force members on multiple occasions. The Trib reports that 30-year-old Joshua Waters and 27-year-old Jabria Caldwell face multiple felony counts of drug delivery and drug possession following an investigation that involved both Monroeville and Murrysville police. Both face drug-related charges after an investigation of several weeks. He was arrested on September 13th as he was making another drug sale to undercover officers. A search warrant for his apartment turned up nearly a third of a pound of suspected fentanyl/heroin along with thousands of unused stamp bags and other drug paraphernalia items.
