MONROEVILLE COUPLE CHARGED WITH SELLING DRUGS

A Monroeville couple is charged with selling drugs to undercover drug task force members on multiple occasions.  The Trib reports that 30-year-old Joshua Waters and 27-year-old Jabria Caldwell face multiple felony counts of drug delivery and drug possession following an investigation that involved both Monroeville and Murrysville police.  Both face drug-related charges after an investigation of several weeks.  He was arrested on September 13th as he was making another drug sale to undercover officers.  A search warrant for his apartment turned up nearly a third of a pound of suspected fentanyl/heroin along with thousands of unused stamp bags and other drug paraphernalia items.  Police said Caldwell, his girlfriend, was with him on at least one occasion.  Both faceSept. 24 preliminary hearings in Judge Judi Petrush’s Export court.
