Charges have been filed against the police chief of Arnold. According to reports, Chief Joshua Stanga failed a professional integrity test back in August. Investigators say that three-hundred dollars in cash was placed along with phony OxyContin pills in an abandoned vehicle in Arnold and that Stanga responded to the scene. They say that most of the cash was taken and that, in his official report, Stanga stated that he only found the pills and 35-dollars. Stanga turned himself in yesterday after being charged and was released on his own recognizance.
