Westmoreland County Commissioners say that everyone, including the disabled, will be able to vote at the polls on November 5th. The Trib reports that the commissioners approved changing polling locations for 10 precincts, eight of which were not compliant with ADA regulations. A prior report in the Trib identified sixteen locations that were not ADA compliant. The county has made modifications to eight locations, and moved eight others.
