A South Huntingdon Township couple is facing accusations that they sold a property that did not belong to them. Investigators say that Timothy King and Amber Tarr listed a three-acre Westmoreland County property for sale on Facebook. A person who saw the ad looked at the property and agreed to purchase it for 65-thousand dollars and even agreed to give the couple a 20-thousand dollar cash down payment. King and Tarr, who are currently behind bars on unrelated charges, are now facing additional charges including theft by deception and criminal conspiracy.
