Charges have been filed against a Westmoreland County Prison guard accused of making threats at a Verizon store. Police say 43-year-old Scott Kennedy went into a North Huntingdon Verizon on August 10th with complaints about his phone and demanded a new one. Police say Kennedy was angered when told that he would be overnighted a new phone and could not receive one on the spot. Kennedy left the scene and was captured on video when he later returned yelling and threatening to assault the manager. Charges against Kennedy include disorderly conduct and harassment.
