NORTH HUNTINGDON MAN TO SERVE JAIL TIME

A North Huntingdon man will serve time in jail for possession of child pornography.  The Trib reports that 32-year-old James Molzer pleaded guilty in July to 11 felony counts related to the possession of multiple images of children engaged in sex acts.  Police said the images were found on Molzer’s Cell Phone.  Judge Meghan Billik-Defazio ordered Molzer to serve between nine to 23 months in prison and seven years of probation.  He was also ordered to continue his counseling, prohibited from using the internet and must register as a convicted sex offender for the next 15 years.
