CHARGES WITHDRAWN AGAINST THREE BLACKBURN EMPLOYEES

Charges were withdrawn against three of the four Blackburn Center staffers that police accused of obstruction and disorderly conduct for an incident on October 1st at the center.  The Trib reports that Westmoreland County DA will not prosecute charges against director Renee Reitz and employees Adrean Orsini and Mariia Robinson, but charges remain for 65-year-old Eleonora Marsilli of Hempfield.  Police said they were obstructed when trying to serve a search warrant and retrieve a child who was the subject of an emergency custody order.
