LIGONIER INMATE DIES

A Ligonier inmate has died at the Westmoreland County Prison.  The Trib reports that no foul play is suspected in the death of 53-year-old Charles Madden, Jr, that was reported last Friday.  He was arrested by Ligonier Valley Police on October 4th on charges of burglary, criminal trespass and DUI.  He had a preliminary hearing set for Yesterday morning.
