Charges filed against Greensburg hospital nurses accused of taking and sharing nude photos of some of their patients have been amended. The Trib reports that counts of invasion of privacy filed against Peter Castellano and Melissa Tompkins were withdrawn, but they still face charges of disclosing intercepted communications, criminal use of a communication facility and harassment, and charges of abuse of a care-dependent person were added. The two waived their rights to preliminary hearings, and have denied the allegations.
