A Blackburn Center employee who was accused of blocking state troopers from entering the facility to enforce an emergency order will not be prosecuted. The Trib reports that charges were withdrawn against 65-year-old Eleonora Marsili 20 days after charges were withdrawn from three others accused in the case. Police said in court papers that shelter staff on Oct. 1 repeatedly prevented troopers from searching the facility to enforce emergency court-issued custody order. Police said they eventually pried open a door to enter the shelter.
