JEANNETTE COUNCILMAN WITHDRAWS REQUEST TO RESIGN

After submitting his resignation last Sunday, Jeannette Councilman Chad Krawtz has changed his mind, and submitted a withdrawal request.  The Trib reports that Krawtz made the decision on Friday to stay on Council after getting a lot of community support to do so.  He was appointed to council in 2022 after the death of Ron Smith left a vacancy.  He ran unopposed for the seat in 2023.
