BELLE VERNON MAN CONVICTED OF THIRD DEGREE MURDER

A Belle Vernon man was convicted of a charge of third-degree murder connected with a road rage incident nearly three years ago in Rostraver.  The Trib reports that 29-year-old Anthony Hariston now faces up to 40 years in prison for third-degree murder, which is killing that is not premeditated but done with malice.  Jurors also convicted Hairston of two weapons offenses, tampering with evidence and drug possession.  He was accused of killing 59-year-old Holly Vadella as she was driving home from celebrating the New Year with her mother.  Hariston is expected to b
